How to verify your ready-to-sell status

 

Be sure to actively verify your RTS status prior to selling in each state where you conduct business. Selling when not ready to sell will result in forfeiture of your commissions for the life of the policy. 

 

You can verify your RTS status three ways:

  1. By using our interactive map on Producer World
  2. By contacting your recruiter
  3. By contacting Aetna Medicare Broker Services at 1-866-714-9301 or  brokersupport@aetna.com

Or, using Think Agent:

  1. Sign into Think Agent – https://app.thinkagent.com.
  2. Select the Sales icon.

  3. Click the ready to sell text found at the top right of the screen.
