Your Aetna clients may ask you about our health risk assessment (HRA)

This month, some of our MA/MAPD members will receive an automated call asking them to take an HRA. The assessment takes just 10-15 minutes to complete and responses are confidential.

Why should members complete the HRA?

We use the responses to help better understand our members' health care needs. And, in some cases, we're able to use the information members provide to connect them to helpful programs and services. Plus, we also send the responses provided to the primary care physician (PCP) we have on file for the member so that their PCP can follow up if needed.
