Products for virtually every consumer

In 2025, we continue to offer an expansive product portfolio — including MAPD, MA-only, PDP, SNPs, Medicare Supplement and ancillary products — to meet the diverse needs of your clients. 

Our 2025 MAPD plans will continue to offer valuable benefits

  • Dental: All plans include a dental benefit, and most plans offer an allowance for services like dentures, crowns and more
  • Hearing: All plans provide a $0 routine hearing exam and hearing aids starting at $0
  • Vision: All plans provide a $0 routine eye exam and most include an allowance for eyewear
  • Fitness: We offer a SilverSneakers® fitness membership to all members at no additional cost
  • $0 copays for important tests and services including colonoscopies and diagnostic mammograms

MA-only plans are expanding

 

Aetna® Medicare Eagle™ plans (MA-only) offer additional benefits for veterans or individuals that already have prescription drug coverage. In 2025, we’ll expand these plans to 44 states and 2,060 counties (adding MD, RI and D.C.) 

Strong D-SNPs

 

For the most vulnerable clients who qualify for Medicare and Medicaid, our Dual Special Needs Plans (D-SNPs) offer additional benefits to support their daily health needs. 

 

D-SNP supplemental benefits are designed to complement Medicaid offerings and help members address social determinants of health by providing access to healthy groceries, transportation, and help with utilities

NEW Chronic Condition Special Needs Plans 

 

New for 2025, we will offer Chronic Condition Special Needs Plans (C-SNPs) in three metro-areas (Chicago, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia). These plans are designed for members with diabetes, chronic heart failure and/or cardiovascular disease, and the benefits are tailor-made to support these conditions.  

PDP offering available nationwide

 

In 2025, we will offer SilverScript Choice PDP as a non-commissionable product in all 50 states and Washington, D.C., and we will continue to pay renewal commissions on all existing commissionable SilverScript PDP business.

 

SilverScript Choice offers a strong combination of brand and generic drugs with more than 1,400 drugs included on our formulary. Tier 1 drugs are no more than $5 at network pharmacies.
