In 2019, we're going BIG -- Get a first look at 2019 plans
We’re pleased to provide you with a first look at our 2019 Individual Medicare (MA/MAPD, PDP) products and service areas, which are pending government approval.*
2019 will be our biggest expansion year ever, as we expand MA/MAPD plans into 358 new counties. Plus, we’re expanding dental, vision, hearing and traveler-friendly benefits to many plans. In addition, we’ve got a simplified PDP portfolio, with three plans in all 50 states plus Washington, D.C. Preview key themes and highlights of our 2019 plans.
This year, 2019 First Look is completely digital – so you can easily access the market information that matters most to you. Just go to https://firstlook.aetna.com and use your Producer World username and password to login. If you need access to Producer World, you can follow prompts to register.
*IMPORTANT: Aetna’s First Look is for producer-use only. It’s confidential and proprietary. Plan designs and service areas described on the 2019 First Look site are pending government approval and are therefore subject to change. Distribution to consumers, other insurers or any other person or company is strictly prohibited and may be grounds for termination of your agreement with Aetna.
Commission system migration: What to expect
As a reminder, we’re consolidating our commission systems to streamline and enhance our commission payment process. To accomplish this system migration, there will be some temporary disruptions to reports, processing time for newly submitted contracts, and commission payments for new-to-Medicare enrollments only. Please review key dates and information to ensure you’re prepared.
